Apart from this, the Supreme Court has also instructed the government not to share the base data with any agency in the name of national security, and the Government also ensure that the Aadhaar card is not issued to illegal migrants.

If you have gone to buy a new number and have forgotten to take the base together then there is nothing to worry about now. In fact, today the Supreme Court has ruled out the basis for the base that nowadays it is not mandatory to have the basis for such works like mobile SIM purchase or bank account.

No need for mobile SIM purchase or bank account mandatory and aadhar

Today, the bench of five judges led by judge Deepak Mishra in the Supreme Court has ruled that the basis of bank accounts, purchase of SIM or schools and colleges will not be mandatory. Although some placements are still mandatory, if you want to take advantage of any government welfare scheme, then you have to have the base.

For the information, briefly, the Reserve Bank of India had ordered bank accounts to be linked to the base and since then, it has made it mandatory for all banks to open a new account. Under which old accounts were being linked to Aadhaar, for which, the date of linking of Aadhaar with bank accounts was extended some time ago, but now its mandatory has been abolished by the Supreme Court.

Apart from this, the Supreme Court has also instructed the government not to share the base data with any agency in the name of national security and the government should also ensure that illegal migrants do not get Aadhaar card. Apart from this, children under 14 years of age will get the benefits of all facilities available from the state and central government without any basis.

For information please let us know that in the year of May this year, the Government of India issued instructions to all the operators that the Aadhaar card is not mandatory for the identity of the customer and they also accept the second ID. Customers can also give voter IDs, passports and driving licenses for identification. However, this was not possible at all because as many complainants complain that they are demanding the base for purchasing a new number from the shopkeeper, the reason being that operator companies are assuming the base as necessary

Not only this, many customers are constantly disturbed by telecommunications operators for calls or calls, in which they were being asked to link the base with SIM. At the same time, the retailers were refusing to issue the SIM when the new customers did not have the base. But now, after the Supreme Court's today's decision, no private companies can make mandatory demands of their customers or employees on any basis.
